Overall the service was fine. One thing: On our arrival day the driver was friendly but definitely a bit too pushy for getting a tip.

Wonderful experience, we took the Italo High Speed Train from Roma Termini to Napoli Centrale , and the train had to stop shortly after our departure and was delayed due to mechanical difficulties, we kept in touch with our driver and he waited for us despite our delay. We kept in touch with each other , and upon at arrival at Napoli Centrale an hour later , he got us to our final destination, Sorrento Hotel Antiche Mura. Be sure when traveling to allow for the unexpected and be patient, life is too short to worry and be stressed, it was an adventure and we loved our driver and his courtesy.

Très contents du service, le véhicule était confortable, le chauffeur ponctuel et gentil. Le fait de communiquer via Whatsapp était très pratique.
