What is the cancellation policy?▾
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. After that, 50% is non-refundable.
Are tours suitable for children?▾
Most tours welcome children. Life jackets in children sizes are available on boat tours.
What languages are tours available in?▾
Most tours are conducted in English and Italian. Selected experiences are also available in German and French. Language options are shown on each tour page.
What happens if it rains on the day of my tour?▾
For boat tours, if conditions are unsafe the tour is rescheduled or fully refunded. Land-based tours run in light rain. Your guide will contact you in advance if weather affects the itinerary.
