They responded with a couple of different options to pick from. Booked directly and had no problems. Salvatore our driver was was in contact throughout our travels and when we arrived at the airport to be picked up he was there right on time. Lovely clean car with plenty of room. “The home is in great condition, with good beds that easily suited our group of 7. We loved having a kitchen, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. We made good use of the washer and dryer (learned to dump out the water when the dryer beeps). The hosts were great and responsive. Castellammare di Stabia beach area is lovely. And we effectively used this home as our home base to visit Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, and Amalfi. To be aware of: the mass transit was less convenient than other places we’ve visited in Italy and other parts of Europe. The buses near the home were infrequent. The circumvesuviana train runs between Naples & Sorrento, with a train in either direction every 35 mins. That station (Pioppaino) is a 10 min walk from the home. A couple times, we were packed on that train with other passengers like sardines, and usually had to stand. There aren’t a lot of stores or restaurants in the home’s vicinity. So have a car or be ready to walk a bit.”
