How we measure it. “On time” means the driver tapped “On location” within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. If the flight or train is late, the scheduled time moves with it. Cancellations count only when decided by the operator on confirmed rides.

We had a wonderful experience. Our driver Luigi was extremely flexible when we needed him to be. It was pouring rain all day unfortunately and we needed to pivot planes. He worked with us and made our day special despite the weather!

Our driver was Luca. It was rainy and foggy during our ride and he delivered us safe and sound to our destination. He arrived on time, communicated well and was very courteous. Will recommend!

Easy communication via WhatsApp. Flight tracking so they know your timelines. Early waiting at the airport for you. Extensive knowledge of the roads and routes. Salvatore’s quick thinking helped us bypass an entire road closure that was ahead due to an accident. Cash or electronic payment options. Would definitely recommend.
