Can I arrange a private transfer from the airport?+
Absolutely. BlueKeys offers private transfers from Naples Capodichino airport (NAP) to all destinations on the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Peninsula. Our drivers monitor your flight in real time, meet you at arrivals with a name sign, and take you directly to your accommodation. Prices start from 90 euros for the car (not per person), with child seats available on request.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellation policies vary by property and experience. Most stays offer free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Tours and transfers typically offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Full details are shown on the booking page before you confirm. For any questions, our support team is available 7 days a week.
Is BlueKeys available in multiple languages?+
Yes. BlueKeys is available in English, Italian, German, and French. You can switch languages at any time using the language selector in the navigation bar. Our support team can also assist you in all four languages.
How do I become a host?+
If you own a property on the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento Peninsula, or Capri and would like to list it on BlueKeys, visit our 'List your property' page to get started. Our team will review your property, help you create a listing, and guide you through the onboarding process. There are no upfront costs — we only earn when you earn.
Is it cheaper to book directly on BlueKeys?+
Yes. By booking directly on BlueKeys, you deal with the property owner without middleman fees. Prices are set by the hosts themselves, and you get a dedicated local concierge throughout your stay.
What areas does BlueKeys cover?+
BlueKeys covers the Amalfi Coast (including Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Praiano, and Furore), the Sorrento Peninsula (Sorrento, Sant'Agnello, Piano di Sorrento, Meta, and Massa Lubrense), and the island of Capri. Our local team is based in Sorrento and knows every corner of the region.
Are the tours suitable for children?+
Most of our tours are family-friendly. Private boat tours can be adapted to suit families with young children — shorter swimming stops, calmer bays, and a flexible pace. Life jackets for children are provided on all boats.
