Palermo Airport → Trapani
The transfer was relatively expensive, and the service provided did not justify the price. No representative was present for the promised airport meet-and-greet. After collecting our luggage, we were left waiting outside while the driver apparently attempted to contact us from somewhere inside his vehicle. It was particularly disappointing to see other passengers being greeted by representatives holding signs and escorted directly to their drivers, while we were left to locate ours without assistance. In addition, no water was provided despite the length of the journey, and the driver vaped throughout the drive, making the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the service fell significantly below expectations and was not consistent with the premium price charged.

We regret having to read an untrue review from you. Our driver was in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing his name. He tried to contact you several times, but received no response. After waiting more than thirty minutes in the arrivals hall, he finally found us outside the airport. Water is not included in the transfer, and the driver did not smoke any vapes while driving. We regret having to contradict everything you stated, as we are committed to providing excellent service, something we have been doing for over 15 years. Regarding the cost, no one forced you to book our service.
