The challenge with Naples Airport is not the airport itself — arrivals is efficient and compact — but what comes next. Public options (Alibus to Naples station, then Circumvesuviana to Sorrento) are cheap but involve two transfers, no luggage assistance and standing-room-only trains during peak times. Traditional airport taxis use Naples city meters that do not reliably apply the region's flat tourist fares. A pre-booked BlueKeys private transfer removes every unknown: fixed price, name sign at arrivals, assistance with luggage, child seats on request.
Most transfers from NAP head south along the A3 motorway. Typical journey times are: Castellammare di Stabia 40–50 min, Pompeii 30 min, Sorrento 60–75 min, Positano 75–90 min, Praiano 85–100 min, Amalfi 90–110 min, Ravello 100–120 min, Salerno 50–60 min. For longer trips — Rome (2.5 hours), Bari (3.5 hours) — we use larger comfortable vehicles with toilet breaks built into the price.

How meet-and-greet works: after baggage claim, you exit into the arrivals hall and look for the driver holding a sign with your name. The meeting point is the BlueKeys station just outside arrivals (indicated on confirmation email). If your flight is delayed or lands early, the driver adjusts automatically via our flight-tracking system — no need to call. If you need assistance, the confirmation email includes the driver's direct mobile number. For late-night arrivals, drivers wait regardless of delay at no extra cost.
Common itineraries: single-leg transfers (airport to hotel), round-trip packages (save 10% when booking both directions together), multi-stop routes (e.g. airport → Pompeii archaeological site → Sorrento, with 2-hour guided visit), full-day driver service (8 hours, €320 sedan / €390 minivan, unlimited distance within Campania). Booking. Confirm your transfer at least 24 hours before the flight (48 hours for groups of 5+ or multi-stop itineraries). You need the arrival airport (NAP), flight number, date and time, passenger count (adults + children with ages) and destination address. We confirm the quote within 1 hour during business hours, send a booking confirmation with driver details 2 hours before the transfer, and follow up with a post-trip review request. Payment is by Stripe card, bank transfer or on arrival cash — your choice.
