About this tour
Your first breath underwater — no certification needed. This PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience is a full morning on the water with two guided dives along the Sorrento coast and the Punta Campanella Marine Protected Area. After a brief pool-style theory session at the dive center, you board one of the center's RIB speedboats and head to the dive site — selected daily by your instructor based on sea conditions and visibility. You'll descend under the close supervision of a PADI instructor, exploring limestone walls covered in colorful sponges, sea fans, and Mediterranean marine life. The morning includes two separate immersions with a surface break between dives, where water and snacks are served onboard. Expect to see damselfish, sea bream, octopus, starfish, and — if conditions allow — seahorses and barracuda schools. Punta Campanella Diving is a PADI 5-Star Dive Center based in Marina Grande, Sorrento.
