FAQ
Common questions about this tour
How much does a single dive cost for certified divers?
A single afternoon dive costs €89 per person. This includes one guided dive with a dive master, full diving equipment, boat transfer to the dive site, water onboard, and dive briefing. If you have your own equipment, the price is the same as insurance and boat costs are included.
What diving certification do I need?
You need a valid Open Water Diver certification (OWD) or higher from PADI, SSI, CMAS, or any recognized agency. Bring your certification card and logbook. Recent dive experience is recommended — if you haven't dived in over a year, consider a refresher course first.
Which dive sites will we visit?
The dive master selects the site daily based on sea conditions, visibility, and group experience level. Sites range from the limestone walls and caves of Punta Campanella to the dramatic underwater formations of the surrounding Marine Protected Area. Expect excellent visibility and abundant marine life including gorgonians, sponges, groupers, and octopus.
What time does the dive start?
Check-in is at 14:30 at Marina Grande 186, Sorrento. The experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours including briefing, boat transfer, dive, and return. You'll be back by around 17:00.
Is all equipment included?
Yes, full diving equipment is included: BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, and tank. If you prefer to use your own equipment, you're welcome to bring it. A dive computer is recommended but not mandatory.
Can I book just one dive or should I do the double dive?
The single dive (€89) is perfect if you have limited time or are arriving in the afternoon. For a more complete experience, the double dive morning (€155) offers two dives at different sites with snacks between dives — saving €23 compared to booking two singles.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. If sea conditions are unsuitable, the center will reschedule or offer a full refund.
